How It Works - Two-Stage Folding System

The tool uses two sets of interlocking parts (A/B and C/D) to create a bi-fold tube in one smooth, continuous motion:

Stage 1 - First Fold (Parts A & B):

1. Insert your 2.5-inch wide fabric and batting strips through the wide opening of part A
2. Place part B into the fabric and click it into place with part A
3. This folds both edges of the fabric and batting to the center

Stage 2 - Final Fold & Sewing (Parts C & D):

1. Insert the partially folded strip into part C for the final fold
2. Click part D on top
3. Gently pull the fabric and batting strips through the C/D unit towards your sewing machine's needle plate
4. The tool keeps the fabric perfectly aligned and folded in half
5. Use a straight stitch to sew along the open edge, creating the completed tube
