How It Works:

Attachment: The gathering foot replaces your machine's standard presser foot and shank assembly. It attaches directly to the presser bar with a screw.

Gathering Mechanism: The bottom of the foot has a flat area and a step-down groove. As the feed dogs move the fabric, the foot's design causes the fabric underneath to bunch up and "lock in fullness" with each stitch, creating automatic gathers.

For Single Layer Gathering:
