At Central Michigan Sewing Supplies, we want to ensure you have the right parts for your vintage or modern machines; if you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that patterns, software, and cut fabrics are generally non-returnable.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific sewing supplies you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package to our Michigan warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
