IMPORTANT: Old Style vs. New Style

This is an OLD STYLE adapter. Bernina uses a proprietary presser foot system, and Old Style and New Style adapters are NOT interchangeable. To identify your machine style:

• Old Style: White sticker with BLACK numbers/letters on feet, rounded shank back with no cut-out
• New Style: White sticker with RED numbers/letters on feet, squared shank with notch on back

This adapter fits machines with maximum stitch width of 5.5mm (530-1630 series). It will NOT fit New Style 9mm machines.
