How It Works:

The slotted binder features a scroll mechanism that automatically folds your bias binding as you sew. Insert a 1-inch wide bias fabric strip into the outside slot of the attachment. As the strip feeds through the scroll, the mechanism automatically folds both raw edges inward, then folds the entire strip over to encase the edge of your project fabric. Slip your project fabric between the folded binding, and as the feed dogs move everything through, the needle catches both the top and bottom edges of the binding in one pass, securing it evenly with a straight stitch.

Adjustable Precision:

The attachment can be adjusted left or right slightly to change the needle's exact stitching position relative to the folded edge of the binding, allowing you to achieve perfect placement every time.

Binding Preparation:

• Cut bias strips 1 inch wide for 1/4" finished binding
• Use bias-cut fabric for best results around curves
• Pre-press binding strips for easier feeding (optional)
